Well insured
Your camper comes with comprehensive car insurance to cover damage to the vehicle or to third parties. For the excess and the deposit for the camper, we only require a copy of your credit card, so there will be no charge before departure.
24/7 support
If you encounter any issues during your camper journey, we are here for you. We offer immediate assistance day and night, with personal support from the Dutch owner, so you won't have to deal with English call centers.

The camper was really tidy and well thought out (Toyota Hiace Jumbo), even though it's a smaller model, it's super practically designed, perfect for two people. The welcome at Jeroen and Lorraine's home is reason enough to book your camper here They know from personal experience how beautiful the country is, and they have heaps of information and tips they're only too happy to share with you. Also, it was really nice to unwind in the B&B after the long flight, before you start your camper journey. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way, I'd definitely recommend it.
Hiring a camper from Jeroen and Lorraine is a great experience, everything is and gets sorted for you.
You get picked up from the airport, you can stay comfortably in J&L's B&B after arrival Jeroen cooks up a delicious meal for you, a good glass of NZ wine is waiting for you The fit-out and inventory of the camper are complete, the camper is very clean, technically in perfect condition. Lorraine has compiled a very comprehensive and useful information pack for you, you'll head out well equipped. We heartily recommend Rotorua Campervans!
Thanks to the service from Rotorua Campervans, we had an amazing experience in beautiful New Zealand.
Upon arrival, you can get into holiday mode because you spend a night in the nice apartment, have a lovely meal with the family and set off on holiday with plenty of tips. We chose a smaller camper, and even though this was one of the older campers from the company, it was well maintained and served us well! If anything were to happen, it's nice to know that you can always rely on the owners, Jeroen and Lorraine.
On return, we spent a nice night with them again and they arranged the shuttle to the airport if you want it.
In short.. top experience! If you're heading to the beautiful New Zealand, we heartily recommend Rotorua Campervans.
